Refund policy

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS.

We do not offer refunds to original form of payment at this time. Store Credits are eligible on non-sale items and never expires. You can return unworn/unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free items up to 14 days after your item is received. Please free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases. Please email support@emersonjoyco.com before you return your item(s) for return address and to ensure approval.

All items must be returned to us at the consumer expense in the condition and packaging they were received in.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

Sale Items

Once we receive returns they will be processed within 5 business days and at this time you will be issued a store credit through your customer account email in the price of the item(s) and you will be able to use your credit on anything you would like. Original Shipping fees are non-refundable.
